In order to resolve your request / query, you have to open a ticket to the C.A.U. (User Service Center), which will help you in relation to your request.

If you are PAS, PDI or PAS Fundació, you can open a ticket

- Intranet of the URV :( https://intranet.urv.cat ) maintenance section, selecting the CAU option.
